Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal (IPS)

The University Center of Patos de Minas (UNIPAM), through its Center for Internationalization and Academic Mobility (NIMA), signed, in May 2026, a partnership agreement with the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS), a Portuguese higher education institution located in the city of Setúbal, Portugal.

The purpose of this agreement is to promote student mobility and establish a framework for interinstitutional cooperation that enables the development of mutually beneficial actions related to training, project development, scientific research, technological development, and intellectual property, among other activities connected to research for development, innovation, and technology transfer between the two higher education institutions.

The agreement includes undergraduate programs offered by the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS), covering areas such as Engineering and Technology, Business Studies, Social Sciences, Education, Health, Sports, Communication, and Arts, according to the academic offerings available at the Portuguese institution.
