Universidade Mandume Ya Ndemufayo (UMN)

The University Center of Patos de Minas (UNIPAM), through its Center for Internationalization and Academic Mobility (NIMA), entered into a partnership in July 2025 with Mandume Ya Ndemufayo University (UMN), an Angolan higher education institution based in the city of Lubango.

The purpose of this agreement is to establish an inter-institutional cooperation framework that enables the promotion of actions of mutual interest and benefit related to training, project development, scientific research, technological development, innovation, technology transfer, and intellectual property, among other activities related to research for development, innovation, and technology transfer between the two higher education institutions. The partnership covers the areas of law, medicine, economics, and even technical courses in the fields of engineering and biology.
